It is the system that turns a banknote validator into a controlled, auditable, connected register: it counts the money coming in, decides how much it can pay back, records every movement with a name attached and prints the receipt. It runs locally, without depending on the internet.

No. CashSuite does not provide cash pickup, transport or custody. The cash stays in your business; the system gives you control, traceability and reconciliation for every movement.

No. Everything runs on the device itself and the register keeps working if the network fails. If you open access from another computer or tablet on the local network, the connection uses its own certificate.

Banknote validators and recyclers. Each device is registered with its serial port (COM), its currency and its protocol, and keeps its identity, counter and history. You can run several at once and they connect automatically at startup.

With your face or a PIN. Face recognition runs on the device itself and the image never travels to an external server. The PIN is the alternative when there is no camera or the face is not recognised, and in that case a security photo of the access is stored.

With the notes the recycler itself holds. Before paying, the system checks that the amount can be formed exactly; you can run a test with no dispensing and stop the mechanism at any time.

The device rejects it and the operation shows the reason. A held note is returned automatically if the operator does not confirm, so cash is never left in limbo.

Yes. It connects to an 80 mm thermal receipt printer over the network, with no drivers: deposits, payouts, withdrawals, counter resets and vault empties print with the business header, the note breakdown and the total. If the printer is off, the operation is not blocked and the log records the warning.

Yes. Each machine keeps its identity, counter and history, and from one screen you can deposit on all of them at once, read a single counter and split a withdrawal across devices according to the real notes in each recycler.

Yes. It exposes a documented JSON interface with live events to read totals, trigger operations and receive notices from each device. When users are active, the API requires an operator session.
