CashSuite is a software system and does not provide cash pickup, transport or custody services. The client retains possession of the cash and is responsible for its physical safekeeping.

Services are provided under a contract signed by both parties, detailing scope, service levels, fees and responsibilities.

We only collect the data needed to handle commercial requests: name, company tax ID, email and phone. We do not share this information with third parties unrelated to the service.

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data by writing to ventas@escienza.pe.

If you are dissatisfied with the service, write to ventas@escienza.pe with your name, ID document, details of the complaint and your specific request.

We will respond within a maximum of 15 business days, in accordance with consumer protection regulations.
